Learning and workshops
I teach movement as a practice of embodied intelligence, where bodies discover knowledge through sensation, rhythm and somatic awareness.
My teaching draws on Contemporary Dance, Feldenkrais principles, Argentine Tango, Expresión Corporal and Afro-Brazilian dance traditions to create learning environments that are exploratory, collaborative, and centred on each person's unique nervous system.
I work with actors, dancers, singers, movers of all backgrounds and those curious about reconnecting to their bodies.
Somatic Movement & Feldenkrais
Classes and workshops exploring how small, curious movements can reorganise patterns, release tension, and expand expressive range. Suitable for performers, dancers, and anyone interested in mindful movement.
Movement for Actors & Theatre-Makers
Embodied training for drama students and professional actors exploring character, impulse, and physical storytelling. I work regularly with students at Guildhall School of Music & Drama, LAMDA, and Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
Contemporary Dance: Limón-based technique & floorwork
Drawing on my training in Rio de Janeiro and my work as a contemporary dancer, I teach classes rooted in Limón principles, exploring weight, momentum, breath, and the relationship between body and gravity. Sessions focus on floorwork, spirals, and dynamic flow.
Argentine Tango & Afro-Latino Dance
Classes that honour the cultural roots and improvisational intelligence of Tango, Samba, and other forms, approached not as steps to master, but as embodied conversations and rhythmic connection.
Bespoke Workshops & Residencies
I design tailored movement workshops for institutions, community groups, and creative projects exploring themes of cultural memory, environmental connection, and collective rhythm.
